In line with the current Government directives due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation and in the interest of the health and safety of our teams, customers and partners, as a precautionary measure we are halting dispatches of orders for this week till 25th April 2021, until further notice. The selection on our website might vary from authorized dealers depending on demand. I made a mistake in my order, can i change or cancel it? + 
You can cancel your order for up to one hour from the time of your purchase, by contacting our Customer Care team. To change or cancel an order you recently submitted, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that as our system is designed to fulfil orders very quickly, after the first hour we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel or change the order once it has entered the shipping process. If it is too late to cancel, you can still avail of our returns policy.We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

PRESCRIPTION AND LENSE


Can I Have A Lens Prescription Filled Through The Website When I Order A Frame? + 
All of our eyewear is crafted specifically to support even the strongest prescriptions. We currently offer this service through the website
What do I need to know about my prescription before I place an order? + 
Before making a purchase please make sure that your prescription: - Is written by a certified optometrist - Is valid (We cannot accept expired prescriptions) - Is for eyeglasses and not for contacts (Contact lenses prescriptions can be very different from eyeglasses prescriptions. For this reason please make sure that your prescription is for eyeglasses). - Includes Pupillary Distance (PD).
How do I send my prescription? + 
In order to be able to process your prescription, we require a valid prescription that includes pupillary distance (PD) measurement. . If you have already placed an order you can E-mail your prescription at hello@rosvinbugs.com or whatsapp us at +91 8700748674, please remember to include your order number (you will be able to find it at checkout or in the purchase confirmation e-mail you received after your purchase).
My prescription is very strong, can you fill it? + 
We can fill a wide range of prescriptions, including those with astigmatism. Nevertheless, we do have some limitations. If your prescription is outside the range we usually carry, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
Do you offer express or same-day prescription service? + 
We offer our Same Day Glasses for non-prescription and single vision optical lenses in DELHI/NCR only, subject to availability of your lenses in stock. You can always call/whatsapp ahead to check we have them.
Can I Return My Frames After Prescription Lenses Have Been Installed? + 
As prescription lenses are bespoke products, ROSVIN BUGS frames that have prescription lenses installed are final sale and cannot be returned.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Shipping within India + 
We offer free ground shipping both ways on orders and returns to our customers in India. Delivery time varies between 3-7 days(after dispatch) depending on your location. Once we ship it it out, you will receive an email with tracking details. In Delhi/Ncr delivery time is 24 hours once we dispatch your order. Shipping outside India + 
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We have a standard shipping charge of Rs.2000 For orders outside of India, delivery time is between 10-15 working days. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax and other fees Import Taxes - Please be aware that, although unlikely, it is possible there will be customs taxes to pay in your individual country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over this. * Due to COVID 19 some orders are taking longer than the above estimates

Returns


Returns + 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rosvin Bugs purchase. If you'd like to return or exchange an item please email us at hello@rosvinbugs.com with your order number within 4 days of receiving your order to request a return and tell us if you'd like a refund or you'd prefer to arrange an exchange TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE: 1. Email hello@rosvinbugs.com with your name and order number. 2. A domestic prepaid return label will then be sent to you via email. 3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and the courier company will send a delivery guy to pick it up from you! Please be aware that goods must be received in perfect condition with all the packaging and labels still attached. Please carefully package the goods you would like to return. If there’s any feedback you want to send our way along with your return, we’re all ears. We <3 improving.

Refunds


Refund Policy+ 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note: All returns/refunds take 10-15 business days to process once they arrive at Rosvin Bugs HQ. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Returns and Refunds for Non-prescription(zero power) and Single-vision orders We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

Incorrect Or Damaged Item?

We’re sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@rosvinbugs.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!

WARRANTY


Warranty Policy+ 
All Rosvin Bugs products purchased online, in-store or through an approved third party vendor are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Defective items under guarantee will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If you have an issue with your frames within the first year of purchase, please contact a Rosvin Bugs representative at hello@rosvinbugs.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect, so that we can get you back in your frames as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover: scratches on optical and sun lenses; damages caused by accident, neglect, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses. We also offer - Complimentary cleaning and maintenance of eyewear required after usage to keep it in robust shape Complimentary minor repairs like nose pad and screw change / replacement and adjustments for a comfortable fit
